    • Mentoring

Every COE student is assigned a mentor to guide him/her through four years of high experience. Mentors and mentees have 40 minutes scheduled each day that allows opportunities for student support in problem-solving, prioritizing, academics, and future planning.

    • the COrnEr

The COE houses the COrnEr- our behavioral and academic intervention room which provides a safe place for revision and reflection. In the corner, students are able to reflect on academic and behavioral obstacles and have an opportunity to revise work and eliminate temporary obstacles.

    • Social and Emotional Learning

The COEcares website provides resources to help students grow their Social Emotional Learning skills. It also gives quick lessons for practicing these skills. Students are encouraged to access the site's resources at any point in the year especially during or in preparation for meetings with their mentors.
